Two-Stage Cultivation for Quality Beds & Ridges

The Struik VariX Twinrotor combines two cultivation operations in one pass, producing finely crumbled seedbeds for crops such as carrots and chicory. Its twin rotor design works the soil at different depths, saving time, labour and fuel while reducing unnecessary cultivation passes.

The main rotor cultivates to a maximum depth of 25 cm, creating loose soil for bed and ridge formation. A second rotor then works the upper 1–5 cm of the ridge, followed by a diabolo roll or super-ridger to press and finish the seedbed.
