Terms and Conditions
Payment
All goods and services must be paid for at the time of ordering and be confirmed as paid, before Farm Shop NZ Ltd will finalise and then send ordered goods or post an advertisement or Website Link on it's website. A customers order for goods or services will be confirmed by email to notify that we have processed your order and/or advise shipping details.
Return Policy
All our products are subject to the Farm Shop warranty providing the correct conditions are met. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and goods are subject to inspection and must be in a condition suitable for resale in order to obtain a refund.
Ownership
Goods remain the property of Farm Shop NZ Ltd, or the vendors who are using Farm Shop NZ Ltd to sell their goods through, until all purchase monies have been paid in full.
Freight and Shipping
All shipping and freight costs will be an extra cost to the purchaser. Any freight cost shall be shown separately in the product description of each item sold and is added to the value of the item in the shopping basket. Shipping and freight costs shall be advised and confirmed to the purchaser when their order has been placed. Where this is not possible then the purchaser shall be advised. The purchaser may need to organize his or her own freight in some circumstances and this shall be advised. Farm Shop NZ Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise for freighted goods either from the Purchaser, Vendor, Freight or Courier provider, their staff or their contractors, or any other third party. It is recommended that any freighted goods of value be separately insured by the purchaser whilst in transit.
Delivery Address
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide the correct delivery address when ordering a product.
Email and On-line Ordering
Use of the email and on-line ordering services implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Farm Shop NZ Ltd will make every effort to fulfill orders placed using this online service but we do not guarantee that the products advertised will always be in stock. Farm Shop NZ Ltd will advise you as soon as possible if any order cannot be filled.
Farm Shop NZ Ltd will make every effort to ensure the product descriptions and prices shown in the online ordering service are accurate and up-to-date. However, we reserve the right to adjust the actual price charged if the prices shown are incorrect, and to vary our prices and product descriptions at any time and without notice.
You agree that where you acquire products from Farm Shop NZ Ltd for the purpose of your business, any provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which would otherwise apply to the supply by Farm Shop NZ Ltd of those products, do not apply.

Farm Shop NZ Ltd respects the privacy of its customers. NO personal information you enter on our Website or email correspondence will be shared with outside companies or mailing lists. All personal information entered in our database is kept for the purpose of development and for our own internal mailing list so that you may receive notifications about our Website and services. This applies where an individual or business signs up for our News Letter it is with the knowledge that we will use this information to send you information about our products and services from time to time. In all regards the NZ Privacy Act 1993 applies.
Newsletters
Farm Shop NZ Ltd DO NOT send out weekly or monthly News Letters. We reserve the right to periodically send out News Letters as the need may arise to advise customers of product information or changes to our Website etc.

Any person using this Website is doing so at their own risk. Farm Shop NZ Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage (direct or otherwise) you suffer in connection with your use of this Website.
